'Ian Wright's Excellent Adventure'

Ex England footballer embarks on an epic journey across the glaciers of Greenland and climbs the highest peak in the Arctic.  With the ski-equipped Twin Otter at its maximum payload we landed some 400 miles from the nearest settlement.  We set off man-hauling all our equipment and supplies on sledges.  Ian's final ascent from our Gunnbjonnsfjeld base camp to the summit proved to be a 20 hour marathon battle of wills.
